All .uk domain name applications are accepted at the discretion of the registry in accordance with their terms and conditions. HNS reserve the right to suspend or delete a domain where the registrant does not pay the ongoing fee and can no-longer be contacted via email, or at the address provided.

Additionally we will

  • Aim to acknowledge support requests or complaints within 24 hours.
  • Aim to resolve service affecting issues within 24 hours, and non service affecting issues within 3 days.
  • Charge a fixed fee of £10 + VAT annually for renewal or registration of .uk domains.
  • Attempt to contact you 1 month before expiry to confirm you wish to retain your domain.
  • Escalate issues which remain unresolved for a period of working 7 days internally to our Client Director.
